The Lansdale Public Library charges the PA State regulated fees for notarial acts. A base clerical fee of $10 is added to every appointment. Please use the chart below to calculate estimated fees. Most notary appointments needing 1 signature should expect to pay a fee of $15. A “No Appointment/Rush Fee” of $5 will be added to walk-ins. If you need witnesses for your appointment, please bring them with you. The library cannot guarantee there will be people available to witness your appointment.

Acknowledgements: $5 for first signature $2 for each additional signature
Affidavits: $5 for all signatures
Signature Witnessing: $5 per Signature
Notary Signature Fee: $5.00 per notary signature/stamp
Certified Copy Certificates: $5 per certified copy
Oaths/Affirmations: $5 per individual taking oath
Depositions: $3 per page
Verifications: $5
Protests: $3 per page – extra support is needed for protests
Library-Provided Witness (not guaranteed): $5.00 per witness

Photo Copies: higher amount of current library fees or amount listed below
Black and White Copies: 15 cents per page, Color Copies: 50 cents per page
